What information do we collect?

Newsletter subscribers and people who request our resources

When you subscribe to our newsletter or request any of our resources, whether free or paid, we ask for:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Country
  • The group that best describes your current role (for example, finance, legal, compliance or risk, or entrepreneur)
  • How you heard about us, if you choose to tell us (for example, LinkedIn, a referral from a client, executive recruiter or HR department, a speaking engagement, or an online or AI search)

If you contact us directly, we will also have the information you include in your message.

When you become a client

We also ask for your telephone number, city and a brief reason for wanting coaching.

When you describe why you would like coaching, or contact us for any other reason, please keep it brief and high-level. Please do not include medical information, highly sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or other information you would not want included in an initial inquiry.

To manage your coaching, we may also keep your job title and organization, professional category, onboarding questionnaire answers, the package and number of sessions you purchased and used, appointment details, and contract, payment and invoicing records.

3

Coaching sessions

We do not record or transcribe coaching sessions. We may make brief notes during a session to stay focused, and destroy them after the session. Our client records contain administrative information, not a history of what we discussed.

4

How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests for resources
  • Schedule appointments and provide coaching
  • Send contracts, invoices and other client documents, and process payments
  • Send newsletters and other marketing, where you have consented
  • Share newsletter content relevant to your role
  • Understand how people learn about 52 Mondays
  • Keep business and tax records, and meet our legal and professional obligations
  • Respond to privacy requests and protect the security of our business

We will not use your information for other purposes without your consent, unless the law permits or requires it.

5

Newsletter, marketing and consent

If you subscribe, we will email you leadership insights, resources and news about 52 Mondays. We only send marketing emails with your consent, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires, and we keep a record of that consent. When we ask for your consent, we explain what we collect and why.

Every marketing email identifies 52 Mondays, includes our mailing address and has an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time using that link or by emailing us, and we will process your request within 10 business days.

If you subscribed through LinkedIn, please unsubscribe using LinkedIn's own subscription settings. That feature is provided and controlled by LinkedIn, so we cannot guarantee how it works. If you have any difficulty, please email Camille@52MondaysCoaching.com and we will help.

Unsubscribing does not stop messages needed for services you have requested, such as appointment confirmations, invoices and contracts. You may withdraw consent to other optional uses of your information at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits.
